This Training Manual comes with a 9-minute video to support it.  The five chapters (118 pages) cover Set and achieve performance targets, Understand the basics of farrowing house management, Prepare pregnant sows and facilities, Care for the farrowing sow and newborn piglets, and Ensure milk supply and piglet growth.   Important issues such as best practice, training new staff, motivation and attitude, competency skills to be taught and assessed, occupational health and safety, recording, etc. are covered.  An excellent program you will be able to use for training new staff and for upgrading the skills of the present staff.  A piggery audit and staff training exercise appears at the end of Chapters 1, 3, 4 and 5.   Questions focus on key messages contained in each chapter and are useful for both individual and group study and discussion.
